¿Can i smoke in my room?

Sorry, smoking is prohibited inside the building.

¿Can i visit the room before confirming my booking?

Absolutely! Better to meet in person and show you your new home 😉

How can i request availaiblity for a booking?

¿Can i share the room and its expenses with a second tenant?

No, except for rentals that allow 2 people.

What is the minimum and maximum stay?

To enjoy long stay rates, you can stay at least 1 month and maximum 12 months.

Arrival and check out

To better organize your stay we agree with you the best time for your arrival and departure.
 

Can I receive visitors in my room?

In double use rooms you can receive visitors.

Are pet allowed?

Sorry, but we do not accept pets.

Booking modification and/or cancellation policy

Cancellations of confirmed reservations prior to the established date of departure, will be penalized with the full payment of the deposit. Due to the current situation, we do study each case individually, so there may be exceptions.

Is a deposit required?

For your reservation to be confirmed it is necessary to make the payment of the guarantee deposit. This deposit is refundable on the end date of your contract if there is no damage to the room and if all contractual regulations have been met during your stay. The deposit or guarantee bond is 1 month for long stay rates.
